Pig sandwiches at Hyperion Tavern on Saturday

This nugget of fatty fun (or depending on how you look at it, cruel doom) just came across my desk. On Saturday, beginning at 9 p.m., Hyperion Tavern will be barbecuing a whole pig and serving ‘pig sandwiches.’ You read right, Hyperion Tavern is calling a pig a pig, rather than sticking with the more appetizing term for the meat, pork. The party starts at 9 p.m., so bring your bib.
