Small Bites (Cocktail Edition): Happy hour at Chaya, special guest mixologists at the Edison, $5 mint juleps at Comme Ca

More happy hour downtown: Chaya Downtown offers the same happy hour as sister restaurants Chaya Brasserie Beverly Hills and Chaya Venice:  3 to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday. Guest bartenders at the Edison: The Edison's Radio Room welcomes visiting mixologists Alex Day of Death & Co. and Richie Boccato of Milk & Honey/Little Branch in New York City. Onstage: Vaud & the Villains, described as what rock 'n' roll would have sounded like in the '30s. The 18-member, two-dancer performance troupe blends multiple musical genres including "New Orleans traditional, smoky back-room, slow drag soul, Cajun and front porch revival."
