Are Americans stuffed?

Stuffed by Hank Cardello It is true: Americans love to eat.

So much so that two-thirds of the country is overweight.

Hank Cardello, a food-industry insider, tells us more about the cupcake controversy in America, TV dinners and how we have tipped the scales in recent years. Most important, he examines who is the cause of the overeating and what we can do about it in his new book Stuffed: An Insider's Look at Who's (Really) Making America Fat.

I read a review of the book here: http://www.lavidalocavore.org/showDiary.do?diaryId=918

Looks like an interesting read although I agree with the reviewer - I probably do NOT agree with Cardello's "solution" to our obesity problem that accepts processed junk food as here to stay.
