Guac Solo: how to make your own

Guacsolosm In our ongoing quest to be the No. 1 provider of hyper-local guacamole-related news, we noticed that Guac Bowl 2009 runner-up Rob Saccenti, who wowed crowds with his "He's No Guac To Me Dead" sculpture, has posted a step-by-step guide that explains how he created his amazing life-size replica of Han Solo encased in guacamole. It helps that Saccenti is an art department pro, but even an amateur -- given enough plywood, chicken wire, avocados and willpower -- could build Guac Solo.
