A peek at Tonys on Sunset

Tonys1

Tonys West Hollywood is scheduled to open on Friday, Feb. 6, in the Sunset Boulevard space that formerly housed Crudo. Above is a recent photo, with the exhibition kitchen complete and seating about to go in. It's the first of two Tonys, described as "casual Italian" steakhouses, that Primo Hospitality Group is planning to open (along with a slew of other projects). The next Tonys is scheduled for downtown, slated for an opening in the first half of this year across the street from the Biltmore. Everything on the menu is $25 or under, and the martinis are just 5 bucks.

Tonys Sunset Strip, 8570 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, (310) 289-1145.
