Milk’s double-chocolate cookies are definitely ooey-gooey. That’s just one of the reasons why Meghan Rose of Los Angeles sent an S.O.S. for the recipe. (Times Test Kitchen manager Noelle Carter was happy to oblige.)

But are these the best cookies ever, anywhere? Meghan things so. But what do you think? If you’ve had better, we want to hear about it. All in the interest of research, of course.
