New Winter Menu: When the Park in Echo Park re-opens Friday after a brief holiday hiatus, it will have a new winter menu featuring bourride, a tomato-y Mediterranean fish soup (similar to bouillabaisse) that includes salmon, sea bass, mussels and shrimp; vegetable pot pie with a cranberry biscuit top; and braised pork belly with Vietnamese caramel sauce, among many other dishes. The Park also plans to begin hosting a Tuesday evening movie night with a family-style menu and free popcorn; more details to come. The Park also hopes to open for lunch shortly thereafter.
