Sending out an S.O.S. for creamy mushroom soup
When was the last time a soup was so good you ordered seconds? Or decided that you just had to have the recipe?
That's what happened to Richard Mullarky of Ventura, who wrote to Times Test Kitchen manager Noelle Carter and asked for her help tracking down the recipe for the creamy mushroom and roasted onion soup served at the Cave in the Ventura Wine Co.
