Hawaii: Meal deals in Kauai for under $20

You don't really need an excuse to go to Hawaii. But if you want one anyway, we're happy to help.

Check out the results of our restaurant survey, which reveals 20 bargains to be had in Kauai, an island known for its higher-than-average dining prices.

The secret? Eat where the locals eat, including traditional Hawaiian fare.
