• The kitchen at The Forks (a.k.a. Three Forks Chophouse), a Claremont steakhouse owned by brothers Mike and Mark Bollinger, was destroyed in a fire during the wee hours of Tuesday morning. Here’s our review of the restaurant, which opened in August 2007.
