The Gooper Scooper: Gwyneth Paltrow does Thanksgiving

November 20, 2008 | 12:15 pm

Gwyneth_4Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop -- the lifestyle website you either love to love, or love to hate, or say you hate but secretly love -- has yet to put up its archives (they're supposed to be available this week), but her (or "her" -- who's really behind all this?) latest newsletter is out. Last week it was all about the little black dress, but this week Gwyneth takes on turkey, because everyone wants to know how Gwyneth celebrates Thanksgiving. According to Goop (subtitled "Nourish the Inner Aspect"), she can do it three different ways -- with a whole turkey for a crowd, or just the breast for a small gathering, or with stuffed turkey burgers for two. She's got a whole slew of recipes, greens with goat cheese, walnuts and dried cranberries, caramelized Brussels sprouts, even cranberry ketchup for the burgers. Does Gwyneth even eat meat?
