Thanksgiving countdown: Can you stump The Times' Noelle Carter?

November 21, 2008 |  1:20 pm

At noon on Wednesday, Times Test Kitchen manager Noelle Carter will be at her desk, fingers poised above the keyboard, ready to help with any day-before-Thanksgiving emergencies you might have. Our online chat begins at noon, here at the Daily Dish.

An electronic drumstick will be awarded to anyone who can stump her. (We try all the time. Seriously. And we always fail.)

But there's no reason to wait until then. If you know you'll be traveling when we'll be chatting -- or you know that you'll be too frantic with last-minute preparations to join us -- fire off a question or recipe request for Noelle now. That will help us get all mise en place for the chat and you can check back for the answers.

And in case you missed the chat earlier this week with Food Editor Russ Parsons, here you go.
