“Latin Music USA” 1 p.m., Sunday KOCE: Bridges; the salsa revolution : Latin jazz, mambo and the cha-cha; Latin music through the 1960s; Puerto Ricans and other Latinos in New York reinvent "the son cubano and the plena."

“The View” 10 a.m., Monday ABC: Includes a performance from the new musical “Newsies.”

Movie: "The Red Shoes” (1948) 6:45 p.m., Monday TCM: Moira Shearer, Anton Walbrook. A ballerina loves a ballet composer but dances for an obsessive impresario.

Movie: "Ballerina”  (1938) 12:45 a.m., Monday TCM: Yvette Chauvire, Mia Slavenska. A young ballet student conspires to advance the career of the dancer she idolizes.

Movie: “Lust for Life”  (1956) 5 p.m., Tuesday TCM: Kirk Douglas, Anthony Quinn. Tormented Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh meets French painter Paul Gauguin.

“Top Chef: Just Desserts” 5 p.m., Wednesday Bravo: To celebrate the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the chefs must create a cake experience in three movements to be served to the symphony members and patrons after their performance.
