Movie: "Monty Python Live at the Hollywood Bowl” (1982) 5:30 p.m. Friday, IFC: John Cleese, Graham Chapman. Members of Britain's comedy troupe re-create some of their popular sketches on stage during a 1981 performance.

“The Artist Toolbox” 10 p.m. Friday, KVCR: German violinist David Garrett.

“Victory Garden” 9:30 a.m. Saturday, KLCS: Urban Oasis -- City oasis atop the Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles; community gardens; Boston's oldest farmer's market.

Movie: "Let's Get Lost” (1989) 4:25 p.m. Saturday, Sundance: Chet Baker, Carol Baker. Filmmaker Bruce Weber interviews jazz trumpeter Chet Baker and his family, and shows Baker in old clips.

“Inside” 6 p.m. Saturday, KSCI: The Emperor's Treasure -- Taiwan's National Palace Museum houses an art collection of more than 600,000 objects that gives a new perspective on China's cultural history.  

“Great Performances” Midnight Saturday, KVCR: "Cyrano de Bergerac" -- Kevin Kline stars as Cyrano de Bergerac in the play's first staging on Broadway since 1984.
“My Generation” 4:30 p.m. Sunday, KVCR: Violinist Joshua Bell; composer Marvin Hamlisch.
