The Big Baton: Shaq conducts the Boston Pops

On Monday, Culture Monster reported that Shaquille O’Neal — whom Lakers fans know now is a part of the Boston community as a Celtic — would be conducting ‘Sleigh Ride’ with the Boston Pops. Even Shaq has big feet to follow on that podium, since the orchestra was led for decades by the biggest Pops conductor of them all, Arthur Fiedler.

And that’s current Pops conductor Keith Lockhart making a cameo in the encore at the end of the video, wearing a Celtic jersey.
