Actor in Fullerton theater company's production of 'Nine' is charged with murder

Wozniak A man who recently completed a run as the main character, Guido, in a production of the musical "Nine" at the Hunger Artists Theatre in Fullerton  has been booked on suspicion of murder in the deaths of a Costa Mesa college student and an Irvine woman.

Police said  Daniel Wozniak, 27, was arrested in connection with the deaths of Julie Kibuishi, 23, of Irvine and Orange Coast College student Samuel Herr, 26.

He was arrested Wednesday night at a restaurant in Huntington Beach on suspicion of being an accessory to homicide. He later was booked on suspicion of murder.
