Rumors say Madonna at fault in A-Rod divorce

4:34 PM, July 8, 2008

Alex Rodriguez with his wife Cynthia Rodriguez in happier days, the two are headed for divorce New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez, 32, is facing the end of the marriage road. In his wife Cynthia's divorce petition, she called the relationship "irretrievably broken because of the husband’s extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct." Cynthia is appealing for a hefty payoff from the separation, including primary custody of their two daughters, the $12-million dollar Florida home and various assets.

All the while rumors that an A-Rod-Madonna affair is responsible for the separation persist. The 49-year-old "Like a Virgin" singer denies involvement, but celebrity gossip still places her as the prime suspect.

Readers of the Dish Rag sounded off on the adultery rumors, and the comments were less than kind to the Michigan-born pop singer.

Tomk wrote:

Madonna seducing younger men?  Well, I suppose it must be difficult to find older ones!

Just kidding, Madge!

Jaki, who apparently hails from the U.K., wrote:

london we don't want her never did especially when she started with the English accent crap

Bernadette wrote:

Madonna stinks in every shape and form. she's not talented just got lucky
shame on you madonna

You can defend Madonna or join in the verbal bashing on the Dish Rag's original story.

How about his wife in Paris with Lenny Kravitz?? It was reported that they were just friends. Why can't he have just a friend in Madonna . This is soooo one sided!!!!

Funny how Madonna "at fault" when it's A-Rod's marriage. His wife is accusing him of cheating and abandoning his family...is he going to blame Madonna for that, too?

I'm waiting for the headlines that read "A-Rod at fault in divorce" or "A-Rod Unfaithful, Says Wife Cynthia." Are we supposed to believe a grown man has no control over his own actions?

maybe ARods wife was after the money

i mean cynthia can't talk.. she is with lenny kravtiz as soon as @%$@% hits the fan.. i mean if i was in that situation.. i would steer clear of any opposite sex for like 2 minutes

trash

It is so sad to end a marriage because of another woman.
"What God has joined together, no man can put asunder."

she is a terrible human being to have destroyed his marriage.

I'm a superstar and I like women can you blame me I got a girl in every city I play in. Cynthia knew the drill. it wasn't like this was new to her. Now she's trying to get a big payoff, and everyone is blaming me I've been doing this for years even before we got married, she knew then and still married me now she's crying for the money. Thats all she wants is my money.
