Judge dismisses charges against L.A. Councilman Richard Alarcon
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Thursday dismissed perjury and voter fraud charges against Los Angeles City Councilman Richard Alarcon and his wife, but prosecutors said they may refile the case.
