Jerry Brown, Arnold Schwarzenegger head to Sacramento together

Gov.-elect Jerry Brown is on his way to Sacramento to meet with legislative leaders, department of finance officials and members of the media. Brown and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger are currently flying back from San Diego together. Schwarzenegger posted this photo of the flight on his Twitter account.

Brown will meet with Assembly Democrats before addressing the media at the Department of Finance offices. He is also set to meet with Republican leaders.

Assembly Republicans are currently huddled amid another challenge to Martin Garrick’s leadership. The Solana Beach Republican is facing a leadership challenge from Tulare Assemblywoman Connie Conway.
