A new L.A. Times/USC poll shows Democrats Jerry Brown and Barbara Boxer with wide leads over their Republican opponents, Meg Whitman and Carly Fiorina.

The survey also shows support for a majority-vote budget measure on the November ballot, while an initiative that would delay implementation of the state’s greenhouse-gas law is trailing.
