A Fish and Game commissioner appointed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger called the governor ‘a fork-tongued devil’ in an interview this week.

Commissioner Dan Richards made the comments to the San Diego Union-Tribune after another commission appointee, Michael Sutsos, was removed from the panel by Schwarzenegger. Richards was appointed to the commission by Schwarzenegger in 2008.

“I’m confirmed, and he can’t pull me off the commission,” Richards said. “He’s stuck with me.’
