Obama returning to California to help Boxer next week

President Obama will return to California next week to raise money for Sen. Barbara Boxer, the White House announced Friday.

Obama is expected to headline a Boxer fundraiser Tuesday night -- the second such event the president has attended for the embattled three-term senator in just over a month. Obama attended an April 19 fundraising dinner for Boxer in Los Angeles

Obama will tour a solar panel manufacturing facility in Fremont the following day.
