Meg Whitman called on some of her former EBay co-workers to help her make the case to voters about why she should be California’s new governor. The ad paints the Republican candidate as a problem-solver but says nothing about how her specific problem-solving skills were on display as she helped build EBay into a multibillion-dollar company.

Whitman began airing television ads last week across the state. This week, her ads have shown up in prime ratings slots, including during the Winter Olympics on NBC.
