Jay Leno, in his monologue Tuesday evening, poked a little fun at Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s idea to build prisons in Mexico and send incarcerated illegal immigrants there to save California money. ‘Well, today the immigrants had three words: ‘I’ll be back,’’ Leno joked.
