Preseason football practice schedule released

UCLA has released its tentative practice schedule. See below for the full listing.
It also announced that the Oct. 18 game at the Rose Bowl versus Stanford will kick off at 1 p.m. and will be televised locally on FSN West (692 on DirecTV).
From UCLA Sports Information:
UCLA will open its 2008 preseason football practice on Tuesday, Aug. 5. The Bruins will practice once daily from Aug. 5 through Aug. 9 as part of the NCAA acclimatization process.
The first practice in full pads will be Saturday, Aug. 9. Two-a-day practices will begin on Sunday, Aug. 10. NCAA rules instituted in 2003 prohibit two practices on back-to-back days.
On Saturday, Aug. 16, the Bruins will hold their first major scrimmage of Fall Camp. The scrimmage will be held at Drake Stadium, beginning at 5:15 p.m.
All practices between Aug. 5 and 20 will be open to the public and all, with the exception of the Aug. 16 scrimmage, will be on Spaulding Field. Practices beginning Aug. 21 will be determined at a later date.
Fans attending practices from Aug. 5-10 will need to enters Spaulding Field at the northeast corner gate due to the Countrywide Classic Tennis Tournament at the Los Angeles Tennis Center.

Friday, Aug. 8 – 3-6 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 9 – 4:30-6:45 p.m. (First
day of full pads)
Sunday, Aug. 10 – 9-11 a.m. and
5:15-7:30 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 11 –3:30-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 12 – 9-11 a.m. and
5:15-7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug. 13 – 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Thursday, Aug. 14 – 9-11 a.m.
and 5:15-7:30 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 15 – 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 16 – 5:15 p.m. (Scrimmage
at Drake Stadium)
Monday, Aug. 18 – 9-11 a.m. and
5:15-7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 19 – 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug. 20 – 9-11 a.m.
and 5:15-7:30 p.m.
