UCLA-Washington State third quarter: How long can the defense hold on?
Washington State has 12 plays to UCLA’s six to start the quarter before WSU’s timeout with 7:53 to go. How long can the defense hold on?
>> The stop of WSU at the Bruin 1 on three downs and Kevin Brown's field-goal block were nothing short of heroic. But will the offense ever score again?
>> Yards in the quarter: Washington State 100, UCLA 23! Plays in the game are 72-46 and TOP is 27:26 to 17:34. Terrible.
End of the quarter: Washington State 13, UCLA 7

I've stayed off the Fire Dorrell bandwagon up to now. Obvious pattern: win a big game then lose an easy one. And then to hear the TV guys say "The UCLA coaches are mad at the refs..." Really? How about focusing on the game? I think I learned the whole play-through-the-refs thing when I was about 7.
