My daughter is on a school trip (from Sacramento) and trying to get any real news up here is ruining my last nerve. Thank goodness for the information here!

The CIMI institute was totally blase about any danger and said that the kids hadn't even been evacuated from their camp until about 8:30 tonight. The kids are supposed to take a ferry out at 11:30 and I am just praying that ALL on the island will be safe.

My heart is with you.
