Today in gas prices
Is the gas price crisis winding down? Since yesterday, four more pennies were shaved off the price of a gallon of regular at the Chevron station at the corner of Colorado and Hill in Pasadena. I know, I'm obsessed!
AAA says the national and California averages also have slipped a little each and stand at $4.096 and $4.531, respectively.
And the average is under $4 a gallon in 15 states -- some of which never saw it climb above $4. If you're still planning on a summer road trip and want cheap gas, start thinking about the joys of Arkansas, Iowa and Mississippi. Soo-ee!

Your gas is still insanely cheap compared to Europe. I filled my car for $ 10 per gallon yesterday in the Netherlands. A full tank can cost over $ 150.
