Today in gas prices
Despite it's being a holiday with some people hitting the road, the price has dropped two cents since yesterday at the Chevron at the junction of Colorado and Hill in Pasadena. Attentive bottleneckers already know that I'm completely smitten with following gas prices there.
But the national average for a gallon of regular continues to climb -- it's $4.098 today, according to AAA. The average in California dropped four-tenths of a penny since yesterday and is now $4.574.
A man who climbed to the roof of a gas station and sang protest songs has said he pleaded guilty to trespassing charges, reports the Associated Press. "He sang 'Price Gouge'n' for about 15 minutes," according to the report.
