Two bus-related items:

Pomona: A Foothill Transit bus driver was convicted of a misdemeanor sex charge for groping a teenage passenger, but jurors were unable to reach a verdict on felony false imprisonment. A mistrial was declared on that charge Thursday and prosecutors will retry Marco Diaz, 34, for allegedly keeping the 17-year-old female passenger on the bus against her will, said Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office. The teenager boarded the bus in Covina last month and Diaz drove to a stop at Citrus College, investigators said. (AP)
