Those teen drivers...
A new AAA study found that teens admitted to some bad driving habits in the first years of having their licenses:
More than half of 16- and 17-year-old drivers admit to risky behaviors behind the wheel, according to an Auto Club of Southern California survey released today.
-- 66% admitted breaking the speed limit by at least 10 mph.
-- 51% said they talked on the telephone while driving.
-- 46% said they punched in and sent text messages on electronic devices.
-- 11% admitted drinking or using drugs behind the wheel.

If you can't smoke until you're 18 and drink until 21, why can you drive (probably the most dangerous action out of the other two) when you're 16???

Tim K. sed:
"And the real lesson kids? Never admit to anything. You become a real adult when you can lie to poll takers. "
You've got that right. I know plenty of "adults" who are guilty of all of these "shocking" risky behaviors these awful teens partake in while driving.
Bottom line: Everyone is an idiot. Adults are just can't admit it.

Conclusions to be drawn from poll: Kids are idiots.
And the real lesson kids? Never admit to anything. You become a real adult when you can lie to poll takers. Because we *are* keeping a record of this and we'll use it against you later. Suckers!
