Members of the public want answers about the H1N1 flu. And they’re calling the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for answers. Makes sense....

The agency has been receiving 4,000 calls a day, he said, adding that the hold time on calls has been reduced from 15 minutes a few days ago to 90 seconds now.

He said the agency has also been receiving 2,000 e-mails a day and 6 million to 8 million hits a day on its website.
