What makes the Americans think Iran *wants* to do business with them or any of their American-military-occupied "allies" ?
China has 1,335 million people and a red-hot economy.
India has 1,177 million people and a growing economy.
Just doing business with these two countries would be fine - but there are plenty of other countries that aren't in the dying American empire.
China is close to breakout status - they will not be bribed into going along with US sanction nonsense. China will veto, and the US will just make its economy weaker, like when they embargoed Cuba - now Cuba has discovered lots of oil, and the US is losing out.
Bilateral-sanction all you want, and your loser friends, too.
