IRAN: Southern California students protest Iranian election results
Hundreds of people protested outside the Federal Building in Westwood today against what many believed was vote tampering in the recent presidential election in Iran, according to demonstration organizers.
The protest, organized by students from various Southern California colleges, including USC and UCLA, began about 11 a.m. at Wilshire Boulevard and Veteran Avenue.
Cars honked as sign-wielding protesters shouted, “Where is my vote?” and “One country, one state,” in English, Persian and Farsi, according to student Philip Grant.

These protests have gone on for 6 days straight and are utterly and completely useless. Instead of actually doing something like going back to Iran to protest where it might actually matter, all they do is incite honking and disturb the neighbors.

Please notify me if there is any protest in the area of Orange County or LA. I really feel sorry for my brothers and sisters who lost their life. I'm searching on the NET. and I can't find anything.

Great job! Well organized! Large crowd! We'll practice democracy by voting and fighting for our votes, until we get a full-fledged democracy. I hope the so called "results" of the elections are cancelled and a new election is held.

Yes we heard!Usually these demonstrations that had ended out of fear provoked among the people until I went once by myself and started them again take place from 3-5 but this time they really wanted to bring the journalists and media and made it early so that I can not show up since ti takes me four house with bus and train each time to go to the LA functions! They want to place they young in my place but I say we must stand together and what they are doing is a criminal action and discrimination and stealing someone's emotion mission vision and knoweldge!

If you are living in America, in a free America then you shouldn't be 'voting' for the regime in Iran.
You voted with your feet by leaving Iran, if you have left Iran then you should be helping the Iranian people in their opposition to the entirety of the Iranian regime rather than helping them.
The Iranian people want a CHANGE OF REGIME, not a change of face.
