Whoopi Goldberg: Stoned on pot when she won the Oscar

TMZ has posted a shocking video shot in 1992 in which Whoopi Goldberg reveals she was high on marijuana when she accepted the Oscar for supporting actress in "Ghost" (1990).

"Smoking cigarettes and pot every now and then are my habits," she says. "And I thought, 'I've got to relax,' so I smoked this wonderful joint that was the last of my home-grown."

When Denzel Washington announced her name as winner, Whoopi gasped an expletive (which gets bleeped in the TMZ video, which — beware —– contains adult content). She then describes her fuzzy thought process while trying to maneuver the route to the stage so she could accept the statuette: "OK, up the stairs ... around to the podium ... there's millions of people, pick up the statue, get the statue."

Below, her acceptance speech under the influence.
