Music Lover gushed over the performance of ‘Country Girl (Shake It for Me)’: ‘I thought Luke Bryan was AMAZING.’

However, most viewers are still buzzing about Sheryl Crow‘s performance of ‘Collide’ with her former beau and CMT host Kid Rock. Not because the musical rendition was so dazzling, but because of the glimpse of underwear she inadvertently flashed when she stood up from a stool.

The Zac Brown Band shared the CMT award for performance video of the year with Jimmy Buffet for ‘Margaritaville,’ but wowed the ceremony with its live rendition of ‘Knee Deep’ on stage.

There were country pairings like Big and Rich and Gretchen Wilson crooning ‘Fake I.D.,’ but CMT likes to mix up music genres for effect. The show’s big finale was a performance of ‘Dirt Road Anthem’ with Jason Aldean and Ludacris.
