Golden Globes: Chris Colfer gives first heartfelt speech of the evening
"Glee" star Chris Colfer won the Golden Globe for supporting actor in a series, miniseries or motion picture made for television -- and turned it into the best "It Gets Better" moment, ever.
“I think I just dropped my heart between Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore," he said, slightly teary-eyed.
After thanking the show's creator and cast, he gave a shout-out to all the outcasts who'd ever been bullied or told that "they can't be who they really are." "Well," he said, holding his award, "screw that, kids."
