Is Danny Noriega marrying the 'Leave Britney Alone' guy?

 

Internet sensation Chris Crocker — he of the "Leave Britney Alone" fame — is feeling "adored," or so says his MySpace page. And here's why: He is engaged to flamboyant Season 7 "American Idol" contestant Danny Noriega.

"A lot of people think that since I'm writing this on March 31st it is an April Fool's joke, but it is in fact quite the opposite," Chris assures fans on his blog.

"Danny and I have had a relationship since last year and it's just gotten better in time. When he was freshly off of 'American Idol.' we made a conscious decision for his career not to come out with it, but after our sex tape was stolen we decided we would just come out with it before the public sees it."

Chris goes on to say that the two will marry in Canada, and that Shakira will perform at the wedding. Danny Noriega's MySpace page also features a photo of the happy couple, and Danny has changed his MySpace name to Danny Noriega Crocker.
