The teaspoon-by-teaspoon Return of the Prodigal Daughter Rollout continues. So far, we've been given Kelly Clarkson's single title, art and lyrics -- and her album title and cover (see above). And today, at last, the original Idol's voice is heard.
A 30-second snippet from the first single "My Life Would Suck Without You" was leaked, (or should we say "leaked") onto the Web this morning, giving Idol Nation just a taste and confirmation of the Prodigal Daughter's reported return to her pop roots.
You can listen to the snippet here. What do you think? Hungry for the next "leak" still?

wow! I like it. I hope this becomes a big hit for her.

Kelly is just another soso singer made into a money maker by a bunch of cynical Brits who think they can buy awards and make money from a sham. So far they have been right, sadly. BTW does anyone know anyone who owns a CD from these so called platinum CD sellers? I bet not.

Do we have to use the "S" word?

Kelly Clarkson is a brilliant singer who can sing very well in just about any genre of music. To judge someone solely on the basis of where they came from is stupid.

For your information Pat Bell I do have all of kelly's cd's and kelly is my favorite singer. She is not trying to act like any other pop princess out there or pop queen. She is just kelly! If you actually knew what she went through during her childhood life, then you would change your mind on her. You could never beat kelly at the success that she has made, so you better step away from the mirror long enough to check the damage that will always be right behind you.
