In the Tuesday Night ESPN game Miami (Ohio) vs. Buffalo the teams wore all blue and all red uniforms. I assume this was for the election, but doesn't that violate the road team white rule? Did they get an exemption or take a penalty? Just interested as the USC-UCLA both wearing home uniform debate seems to have lost some ground.
