Photo of the Day: Yo, Taxi!
Nothing is certain but death and taxis -- at least if you ask Los Angeles City Councilwoman Jan Perry.
The USC alumni was spotted hailing a cab in downtown L.A., using this not-so-conventional method to call attention to new measures designed to make it easier to catch a ride.
Richard Guzman of the LA Downtown News tested out the new policy and found it doesn't seem to work as well as advertised.
