Optimism Over Sanchez Injury
Mark Sanchez, who dislocated his kneecap before yesterday's practice, hopes to be back in time for the opener against Virginia.
UPDATE: More news from Saturday's practice, where Mitch Mustain and Aaron Corp tried to make good impressions.

I dislocated my kneecap a few years ago and man it hurts - you can't believe it when the doctors tell you it's mostly swelling and bruising and nothing torn. It was about 3-4 weeks before I stopped hobbling around and longer than that before it felt like nothing had happened. And I wasn't attempting to play football. But players at this level have a lot of PT tools available to them that the average person doesn't have. Best of luck to him for a quick recovery!

I'm so glad that Sanchez has his scholarship thus insuring a top education & good life. Thank God for that.
In Iraq last year afer an American Flag Raising I saw his mouthpiece with the Mexican Flag on it then heard his statements. Lose that mouthpiece........and graduate with your class Mark.
You're a leader Mark. You have what it takes.
