Bush Pushed Back, Again
From Reggie Bush attorney David Cornwell:
Reggie Bush and his parents, Lamar and Denise Griffin, have appealed the Superior Court's recent Order denying their motion to compel Lloyd Lake to arbitrate his claims. Under California law, the appeal results in an immediate and automatic stay of the case until the appellate court issues its ruling.
