It Must Be A Slow News Day

Matt Leinart's coach is "disappointed."

One Arizona columnist is up in arms.

Allegedly, the 24-year-old Leinart was partying with underage girls (over 18, under 21) and alcohol was involved.

Another Arizona columnist couldn't care less.

Most blogs agree that this is the last thing people should worry about.

What say you?

Keep in mind the sort of antics other pro athletes enjoy, like orgies with five hookers and a couple of teammates (surprisingly, not the Vikings). Heck, this might be good behavior if he were a European soccer star (where the lower drinking age would make this a non-issue, anyway). We won't even get into other peccadilloes like drugs (taking and trafficking), assault, and dog fighting.

This is complete BS. I met my wife when she was a 19 year old babe and me a 24 year old lounge lizard. We partied like Leinart -Hollywood in 83 was fun- and now many years later we've mellowed but are still happily together. Let Leinart enjoy his young life, because those 19 and 20 year olds are fun and they are not affecting his job. They will all mature and have fun too, but hey, what he did with a beer bong we did with tequila. Party on in your house, dudes... just don't drive afterwards,

Must be a slow news day for this thing to become even news-worthy. Some people have nothing better to do.

Such is life, but I guess some people don't have a life and will report anything to get attention. Matt is 24 who is he suppose to hang with only 21-24, people this not a dictatorship but somewhat a free country.
