Touchdown USC?

This video may be a little painful for the Trojan faithful, but at least you don't have to deep-dive like the players do on Monday. The reason for posting this? The announcer was so shocked that he shouted "Touchdown, USC!" on Stanford's final score. It was that hard to believe.

You'll notice this game aired on Versus. Even though the cable network is national, it's unlikely many people saw much more than a recap on Sports Center. That probably explains why USC only fell to 7th in this week's coaches' poll and 10th in the AP.

UPDATE: Don't bother clicking the video -- it's off of YouTube for obvious TOS violations.

In addition to the play-by-play guy saying the wrong team scored, the color guy added "Now Harbaugh will go for the tie." Except it was already tied.
