Post-Stanford Press Conference Video Highlights

"Highlights" may not be a good word to toss about after USC lost to Stanford, but here's a three-minute look at the postgame press conferences with Pete Carroll, Lawrence Jackson and John David Booty. Yes, that would be Stanford you hear celebrating in the background -- through a concrete wall.

Press conference videos are experimental on this site, but obviously time was of the essence in getting this out. In the future All Things Trojan will bring you highlights with a little more production value.

Plenty more USC-Stanford coverage coming in the next 24 hours ...

Vaunted USC upset by lowly Stanford? Hooray! Somewhere in South Florida a murderer anguishes more over his alma mater's loss than the killing of two human beings.

The sun came up this morning, so it looks like there's a whole rest-of-season to look forward to!

:-)

It's mighty quiet around this here this morning; what happened?
Someone die last night and make LSU king?

Remember the song: "Hang down your head John Booty?" "Hang down your head and cry". Disgusting to say the least. All F's this week.

We're off to see the wizard; the wonderful wizard of oz...
Until Dorothy pulls back the curtain and there cowers USC.

There is/was only one John David that was a football player;
and his name isn't/wasn't Booty. It was John David Crow.
It's time to go back to knitting your Booty.

Here's the dope -- Harbaugh (Capt. Comeback) totally gamed Carroll and USC with his comments -- first that Pete was going to leave and second that SC is/was the greatest team ever. Genius.

Pete either knows he's leaving or that they aren't the best team ever...and it worked. Hey I'm a Cal fan and I dislike Stanford most of the time, but you could see the set-up...no one was sure of the punchline however, until now.

But SC is still SC...just once in a while Traveler craps and everyone steps in it.

Nebraska, Louisville, USC, Michigan, Texas, UCLA, Kentucky, West Virginia.
They are not to blame. The hometown media are the frauds.
The SIDs are the used car (substitute real estate where needed) salesmen;
it is the media's responsibility to kick the tires, look under the hood, and drive the iron around the block. These teams all have an "as is" warranty on their
helmets.

You big babies. Standford came and WACKED you in the mouth. You are right, it was your fault, but you still should have played better. You came in with a BIG FAT HEAD thinking you would crush em and the only thing that got crushed was your EGO.
