Your morning fashion and beauty report: Chelsea Davy's royal-wedding look revealed. Blake Lively goes red.

Achelsea We may not know what Kate Middleton will wear as she walks down the aisle Friday morning, but we do know what Prince Harry's sometime girlfriend Chelsea Davy, at left, will have on. She has two Alberta Ferretti outfits for the day. For the ceremony, she'll wear an aqua green bias reverse satin dress with a jacket. In the evening, she'll switch to a midnight blue crepe satin gown. [People]

Women's Wear Daily goes way out on a limb here and calls Prince William the "groom of the decade." Gee, ya think? [WWD] (Subscription required.)

The woman behind much of the royal wedding planning is 71-year-old Lady Elizabeth Anson, a cousin of Queen Elizabeth who has been in the party-planning business for 50 years. Her strategy? "You have to really look on these things as military operations. You have to attack -- in your own mind," she said. [WWD]

OK, enough about the wedding -- for now, at least.

The Time 100 gala this week was fairly crawling with celebrities and politicos -- such as Sting, Amy Poehler, Martha Stewart, a governor or two. But the biggest stir was caused by Blake Lively, fashion's reigning "it" girl. The attention she attracted was due to her new red hair color more than her sea-green gown by Zuhair Murad, even though the gown was lovely. (BellaSugar calls Blake's flowing red locks "Ariel-esque.") Lively said she'll wear Chanel at the Met Ball next week and that her escort will be Karl Lagerfeld -- of course. [WWD]

The new ad campaign for Ralph Lauren's Romance fragrance features a real-life romance. Polo player Nacho Figueras and his photographer wife, Delfina Blaquier, are shown riding horses in the Argentine countryside. The ad was shot at Blaquier's family estate in Buenos Aires, where Nacho courted her and then wed her seven years ago. [BellaSugar]

Wearing red lipstick can be daunting. How to find the right color? Celebrity makeup artist Tim Quinn has a neat trick: Don't pick your shade based on your complexion; instead, make sure it works with your eye color. [BellaSugar]

Lacoste has opened a gleaming new flagship "showcase" on the Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris, aimed at rejuvenating its image. [WWD] (Subscription required.)

[Updated] Frugal Fashion: 'The Green Lantern's' Blake Lively goes all white at CinemaCon

BlakeThe term fashion faux pas seems to be completely unknown to "Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively. Whether she's sitting front row at a runway show, splashed across the cover of a magazine or making a red carpet appearance, Lively never ceases to impress the most discerning fashion palettes. This will be Lively's hat trick edition of Frugal Fashion, proving the 23-year-old has a serious knack for dolling up on the red carpet and that maybe there is a little something to Anna Wintour's fascination with the young starlet.

Lively stars in the latest DC Comic-turned-film venture "The Green Lantern," out June 17, as the feisty siren Carol Ferris opposite Ryan Reynolds. When she hit the red carpet for CinemaCon in Las Vegas -- the annual gathering of cinema owners and operators (formerly called ShoWest) -- was she attempting to hide her future as the film's star sapphire villain under her all-white, angelic disguise? Or did Lively's wardrobe choice have a little something to do with the weather? The comic fan in me votes for the first option, but feel free to decide for yourself.

Lively looked ready for summer in an all-white lace uber-mini and sheer top ensemble by Dolce & Gabbana, white blazer with black trim and cream colored suede booties with cleavage.

For a lace mini that will show off some sun-kissed leg get the Lace patch pocket skirt from Forever 21 for $13.50, Lush lace skirt from for $34, or the Jack by BB Dakota Charles lace skirt from for $59.

Get Lively's all white look with a sheer top like the Swell Erika shirt from for $36.50, Sparkle and Fade linen chiffon band oversized top from for $14.99, or the silk Georgette blouse from Forever 21 for $24.80.

A white, fitted blazer can be a lasting, year-round investment. Bloomingdales carries the Aqua three-quarter sleeve linen blazer for $88, Anthropologie has the Late seating blazer for $98, or if you want to go for Lively's look with the black trim, try the Steve Madden V-neck three-quarter sleeve double breasted button piped fitted blazer from Macy's for $40.99.

If showing too much leg or a low-cut blouse makes you feel uncomfortable maybe a little peek-a-boo shoe cleavage is something fun you can play with, even with a longer skirt. Lively's suede booties have an extra low dip. Get the same effect with the MRKT Sophie boot from DSW for $79.95 or the Civico 10 Milan bootie also from DSW for $59.95.

Happy shopping!

Your Morning Fashion and Beauty Report: The show goes on at Dior, Lady Gaga says 'I do,' Christophe Decarnin says he's not feeling well and Blake Lively says yes to a White Swan-looking dress

Just days after termination proceedings against its designer John Galliano commenced, the much-anticipated Christian Dior show took place -- as scheduled -- at Paris Fashion Week. Our fashion critic Booth Moore has all the details fresh off the runway. All The Rage

Lady Gaga said "I do" to a CNN camera operator. Thoughts of what the wedding dress would look like won't stop running through my mind. CNN

Balmain designer Christophe Decarnin was absent from the label’s recent runway show and is reportedly undergoing treatment at a mental hospital where he's apparently been since January. Fashionology

Blake Lively attended a Chanel dinner looking like the White Swan. She didn't wear Chanel on her feet however, the Gossip Girl is loyal to Louboutin after the designer recently named a pair of shoes after her. Daily Mail

Carla Bruni Sarkozy, France's first lady, paired trendy lacy (and a tad racy) black tights with her cocktail dress for a state dinner at the Elysee Palace in Paris last night, raising quite a few eyebrows. I think she looks chic, but it would be nice to see her out of ballet flats once in a while. Stylelist
