Fashion: Beyonce most beautiful. Zoe Saldana covers Latina Cosmo.

Beyonce, one of the most beautiful women in the world, has been named, well, the most beautiful woman in the world for 2012 by People magazine. The duchess of Cambridge, Sofia Vergara, Miranda Lambert, Lily Collins and Michelle Williams were among others on the list of beautiful women. [Los Angeles Times]

Another beautiful woman, Zoe Saldana, graces the cover of the inaugural issue of Cosmopolitan for Latinas, set to hit newsstands Tuesday, according to a news release that hit my inbox on Wednesday.

Another news release announces that Heidi Klum is designing a line of clothing, accessories and nursery gear for Babies R Us. Truly Scrumptious by Heidi Klum will include layettes for babies up to 24 months and playwear for children ages 2 to 4. Klum has the expertise to do this not just because she is a model, entertainer and successful businesswoman, but because she also is the mother of four. The line will be available starting this fall.

Helmut Lang’s more affordable ($160 for a maxi skirt, $90 for a tee) diffusion line Helmut wasn’t expected in stores until Tuesday, but Racked got exclusive early access to sell it online now. [Racked]

As part of the Lush Cosmetics and Humane Society International campaign against product testing in animals, a 24-year-old campaign supporter agreed to be tortured as an animal would be.
