Fashion: Angelina Jolie's leg, JLo's Oscar look rock Twitterverse

Angelina Jolie's leg and Jennifer Lopez's sheer gown caused excitement in the Twitterverse during Sunday's Academy Awards -- JLo's for a possible wardrobe malfunction
There were a lot of beautiful gowns on display at Sunday's Academy Awards ceremony, as our Booth Moore reported. But at least two actresses got their own wardrobe-related Twitter accounts (set up, of course, by excited folks in the Twitterverse). Angelina Jolie's stunning black Atalier Versace gown with its thigh-high slit prompted @angiesrightleg. And a possible wardrobe malfunction as Jennifer Lopez was presenting an award got its own provocative handle. Because JLo often wears very-low-cut gowns to the Oscars (this one was custom made for her by Zuhair Marad), this slip (if it happened -- and her stylist says it didn't) may have been only a matter of time. There were plenty of other opportunities for stars to get dressed up in the days leading up to the Oscars, such as the Essence Black Women in Hollywood luncheon Thursday, the Women in Film party on Friday and a tribute to Martin Scorcese and the Film Foundation, also on Friday. [Society News LA]

The Cut has a nice roundup of what critics have been saying about the Milan runways, where Versace, Fendi and Prada have been getting mixed reviews for their fall-winter collections, while Max Mara's separates and strong outerwear are drawing raves. [The Cut]

A California auction house reports that it has been deluged with calls from friends and family members wanting to put Whitney Houston memorabilia -- including clothes and jewelry -- up for sale. [New York Daily News]
