The duchess of Cambridge -- who as Kate Middleton was the focus of 2011’s wedding of the year -- was spotted on Christmas Day wearing some blingy earrings on her way to church. A gift from Prince William, perhaps? The 18-karat gold and diamond drop earrings were made by jeweler Kiki McDonough and are reportedly worth $3,000. [ABC News]
